Overview

We begin the Private Dubai city tour with a photo stop at the Dubai Creek, the lifeblood of Dubai. Then we will drive through the Bastakiya, Al Fahidi Fort, Ruler's Court, Old Mosque, Textile Street, Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, Heritage Village, spice and gold souqs. Proceeding towards Jumeirah Road, passing by the Dry Docks Dubai and the Historical Union House with photo stops at the beautiful and famous Jumeirah Mosque, the Burj Al Arab (the world's biggest 7-star hotel in the world), and the Burj Khalifa. The Dubai city tour is the best and one of our cheapest excursions in Dubai.

Comprehensive but not rushed

Took private tour, so only six of us, offered by Orient Tours. Full half day. Saw almost everything there was to see (except Miracle Gardens). Included a trip to the top of Burj Khalifa, photo stop at Burj Al arab Hotel, walk around Dubai museum/fort, short lunch break with local food, walk through spice and gold souks, stop to photo main mosque, walked into Mall of Dubai, and loads of info. Guide's English perfect and understandable. Driver very skilled. All in all....a good intro to Dubai and then you can visit longer to those places which seemed of most interest.

First of all the driver/tour guide was 1 hour late. Then the van was dirty. Driver/tour guide was not dressed.professionally. He was knowledgeable, courteous and knew all the answers to our questions. A stop to a rug place was unnecessary. Then we stopped by this restaurant where he got coffee, Dirty place. We did not see the tallest building - Kalifa,
All in all for the price is just ok. You would be better off doing the hop on hop off buses.
